Ryan Uy
Founder & CEO
Ryan holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor's degree in Business Management (Honors Program) from Ateneo de Manila University. Prior to founding Brand Collective, he worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on digital transformation projects across Southeast Asia. He also gained experience in financial markets as derivatives trader at ING Bank, N.V.
Beyond his professional career, Ryan is an avid classical pianist.
Shaira Zipagan-Par
Finance Manager
Shaira is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, with over ten years of experience in finance and compliance. She has managed end-to-end financial operations, from establishing internal processes to preparing reports that support strategic managament decisions. Her experience spans retails, consumer finance, real estate, and service industries giving her a broad and well-rounded perspective on financial operations.
Outside of work, Shaira enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, and is slowly building her collection of passports stamps through travel.


Iana Reyes
Marketing & Growth Manager
Iana is a graduate of Mass Communication, majoring in Advertising, from La Consolacion College Manila. She brings over eight years of marketing experience that has contributed to the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises. She also has more than two years of experience with one of the country's largest multi-format retailers.
In addition, she pursued Culinary Arts, reflecting her passion for cooking and her commitment to continuous learning.
Rhoderick Rodica
People & Culture Manager
Rhod is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over fifteen years of experience in HR management, organizational development, recruitment, training, and employee relations. He has held leadership roles across telecommunications, security printing, IT-BPO, and distributorship sectors, gaining exposure to diverse organizational environments. He holds a Diploma in Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines–Diliman and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology from EARIST–Manila. Known for his integrity, problem-solving skills, and ability to foster trust and collaboration, Rhod brings both strategic insight and hands-on expertise in labor relations, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
Outside of work, he is an active ministry leader at San Isidro Labrador Parish and enjoys badminton and running -reflecting his values of discipline, perseverance, service, and continuous growth.
